At Château de Locguénolé, time is no longer a constraint to your gourmet desires.

From breakfast to dinner, Locguénolé's table is a Mecca for Breton delicacies. The exceptional setting that the guests can enjoy is the land and ocean, which meet here in the most beautiful way....and are an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Jérémie Louis, our young and talented chef, guided by the accuracy of taste and nothing but taste!



Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, in the restaurant or in your room. Presented in the restaurant as a buffet, it offers a wide choice of fresh and organic products, cold or hot: pastries, fresh bread, cereals, pancakes, Breton far and cake, fruits, jams, honey from the property, yoghurts, cheeses, delicatessen, smoked salmon, œà la carte eggs, fresh pressed fruit juices, espresso coffee (Nespresso®) or filter, teas, hot chocolate... not to mention a selection of gluten-free products!


Room Service

Each guest will be able to fully enjoy the comfort of their room by having a tray delivered for breakfast or dinner.

Room service is served every day, except Mondays from 6pm to 10pm with a simple menu (salads, club sandwiches, fish or grilled meat, gourmet dishes...).


Bar "Le Septime"

A name given in homage to the builder of the castle, Septime de la Tour Maubourg, whose portrait stands above the fireplace... and which contrasts so much with the hilarious character played by De Funès in La Grand Restaurant.

The lounges in the lobby of the hotel are as many invitations, depending on the time of day, to a sweet break with hot drinks accompanied byare delicious pastries at tea time or a "long drink" break around cocktails carefully prepared by our bartender. With its vast fireplaces, sofas and armchairs, this place is the perfect place to relax...
In summer, the hotel's lounges invite themselves outside, on the terrace of the castle overlooking the sea, which goes up the Blavet to the rhythm of the tides.

Restaurant "Le Maubourg"

In a hushed and intimate setting offering a unique view of the sea and spectacular sunsets, Maubourg welcomes you back to the source of taste.
Trained by the greatest chefs, Jérémie Louis is our young and talented chef.
Its motto is simple: taste, only taste, nothing but taste! A promise of simplicity and authenticity that Jeremie keeps every evening by offering a contemporary cuisine, refined and tasty, contrary to the current trend towards "top models", more aesthetic than tasty and which, in the end, disappoint.

Today, Jérémie wants to stir up emotion by telling a new story through local products! And, without chauvinism (none), our Brittany still has a lot of finery for lovers of taste... like Locguénolé, it contains many products, treasures of the land and the ocean that the whole brigade loves to cook for you.
Our gourmet table, Le Maubourg, welcomes you from Tuesday evening to Sunday evening (from 7.30pm to 9pm) as well as for Sunday lunch (from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm).

Chief Jérémie Louis

After a faultless journey and countless stars (Nicolas Sale at Le Castellet, Jean-François Piège at Le Thoumieux, Serge Vieira, Philippe Etchebest at the Hostellerie de Plaisance, Rémy Giraud at the Domaine des Hauts de Loire, Philippe Augé at the Hostellerie de Levernois or with Patrick Bertron at the Relais Bernard Loiseau), Chef Jérémie Louis joined us in 2019 and at 33 years old.

His creativity is based above all on respect for products, mastery of the great classics and the art of reinventing them. Jérémie Louis' cuisine is the result of an inspiration from everyday life and a love of beautiful seasonal products that he strives to sublimate with the subtlety, discretion and elegance that characterize his cuisine.



Le Maubourg has 3 rooms that can be partially or totally privatized, during the day or in the evening for family events (weddings, birthdays, baptisms...) or professional events (codir, incentives, product launches...)
